Part-Time & Full Time: Retail Sales Associate and Scent Designer | Retail Store Manager

This position is perfect for someone who loves an environment that is fun, engaging and creative while working with our fabulous customers in the shop. Are you customer-focused, detail oriented and comfortable with consultative selling? Are you energetic, personable and willing to learn (and love) the world of all things scented? If you are shaking your head YES, then this job might be perfect for you! In this front-of-the-house position, you'll be working in our retail store assisting customers as well as in our Custom Studio, guiding our customers through the Perfume-making and Candle-making experiences. You will also be assisting our online customers by picking, packing & shipping orders, reconciling incoming orders and assisting our production team as needed. 

  • The part-time position is 3-4 days per week from 9:45 am-5:45 pm and may include Saturdays 1-2 times per month, with compensation based on experience. 
  • The full time position is Tuesday-Saturday from 9:45 am-5:45 pm, 38-40 hours per week, with compensation based on experience. 
  • The management position must include at least 3 years of retail and customer service experience. 
  • We have both temporary/seasonal and permanent positions. 

Part-Time & Full Time: Production Assistant | Production Manager

Do you love to work with your hands and being creative? This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys following a formula and takes pride in what the produce. In this back-of-the-house position, you will assist our Production Department in making our coveted products: fine fragrances, candles, lip balms, lotions, etc. as well as creating gifts and product bundles. 

  • The part-time position is Tuesday-Friday from 10 am-5:30 pm, no evenings or weekends, with compensation based on experience. 
  • The full time position is Tuesday-Saturday from 9:45 am-5:45 pm, 38-40 hours per week, with compensation based on experience.
  • The management position must include at least 3 years of production/manufacturing experience. 
  • We have both temporary/seasonal and permanent positions. 

**Seasonal** Shipping/Receiving Associate

In this position, you will be receiving and reviewing the initial paperwork of incoming packages while performing quality checks and reconciliation and distributing the packages to the correct department as well as using our shipping software, ShipStation, in coordinating with our website platform, Shopify, to process, pick, pack and ship orders. You will also be filling/making product as needed for orders.

  • This seasonal position is Tuesday-Friday from 10 am-5:30 pm with possible Monday and Saturday hours. This position goes until approximately Dec. 31st but could end sooner or go later, depending on demand.

  • We are a fragrance manufacturing company and our environment is scented. You must be comfortable with aromas and scents in this position.
  • All of our positions can very fast-paced at times and others times when it is slower, you'll assist other team members as needed.
